PAYMENTS

・Payments are only accepted through VGen, Ko-fi or PayPal.・All payments must be paid in full and upfront (no payment plans available).

REVISIONS

・Regular commissions have unlimited revisions.・The amount of revisions may influence the estimated delivery time. It is the client's responsibility to provide as many details as possible to ensure a smooth process.・SKEB / Surprise Me commissions have no revisions. The client must provide as many references as possible to ensure the final result best reflects their vision.・The client may request small changes after final delivery.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

・The average delivery time is 1-4 weeks depending on the service.・If the client has no deadline, the guaranteed delivery date will be marked 1 week longer than the maximum estimated delivery time.・Final product(s) will be delivered through VGen, Google Drive or E-mail.

USE

・The client must give credit (@ZeitgeistOwl), e.g. on their Twitch, Twitter/X, Website, etc.・The client may not claim ownership of the work.・The client may not attempt to edit the work in any way, unless the client has paid for the source file.・All commissions include both personal usage rights and monetized usage rights. Commercial Merchandising Rights will incur a fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

・Personal Usage Rights: Profile pictures, referencing, wallpapers, etc.・Monetized Usage Rights: Streaming, advertising, thumbnails, online posts, promotion, etc.・Commercial Merchandising Usage Rights: Prints, merch, physical products, direct profit, etc.

REFUNDS

・The client is entitled to a refund if the commission is cancelled before work has begun.・No refunds will be issues once work on the commission has begun.・If the client cancels the commission before completion, the client loses the right to post anything related to the work, e.g. WIPS.・I reserve the right to cancel any commission if I feel I cannot complete it. In which case the client will receive a full refund.・If the client has paid the Rush Fee and I fail to deliver on the agreed deadline, the client will receive a full refund of the rush fee amount and/or other forms of compensation discussed with the client.

COMMUNICATION

・For regular commissions the communication options are Discord, Twitter/X DMs or E-Mail・For SKEB / Surprise Me commissions the communication option is VGen DMs. The options listed above are also available here if the client prefers.
